Personal Data Processing Policy

The current Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as Privacy Policy) is active regarding the whole information presented at the Internet web-site with the address https://www.aurummedical.com (hereinafter referred to as Web-Site), which can be obtained about the User by Web-Site users and administration during the use of the Web-Site, its services, programs, and products.

The use of Web-Site services presumes the unconditional User consent with the current Policy and conditions of personal information processing listed in it; if the Users do not agree with these conditions, they should abstain from using services.

General Provisions

The current Policy presumes the following items as personal User User information:

Any personal information which the Users provide on their own during the use of Services, including personal User data. Mandatory information for Service provision is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the Users at their own discretion.

Obligations of Parties

The User is obliged to:

Provide the information concerning personal data required for the Web-Site operation.

Update, complement the information concerning personal data provided this information changes.

The Operator is obliged to:

Use the information obtained exclusively for purposes defined in the current Privacy Policy.

Provide the secret storage of confidential information, not disclosing it without prior written User consent and not selling, exchanging, publishing, or disclosing provided personal User data with any other possible methods, except for those defined in the current Privacy Policy.

Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal User data according to the procedure generally used to protect such information in the current business conduct.

Block personal data concerning the corresponding User since the moment of inquiry or request of the User or a legal representative or the body authorized to protect rights of personal data subjects for the period of review in cases of detecting invalid personal data or illegal actions.

Dispute settlement

Before applying to the court with the lawsuit concerning disputes regarding the interactions between the Web-Site User and the Web-Site administration, filing a claim (written offer for voluntary dispute settlement) is mandatory.

This Consent is given to process personal data with and without the use of automation products.

The Consent is given to process the following personal data of mine:

Personal data not considered special or biometric — last name, first name, patronymic; contact phone numbers; e-mail addresses.

Purpose of personal data processing — providing contractual obligations, performing advertising campaigns, including SMS and e-mail marketing.

Personal data processing is based on Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
