Pentero Microscope has opened access to neurosurgeons
Neurosurgeons of Moscow Regional Scientific Research Clinical Institute named after M.F. Vladimirskiy (GBUZ MO MONIKI named after M.F. Vladimirskiy) will be able to operate even the most complex patients, as they have obtained a new multifunctional Pentero Microscope supplied by the Aurum Medical Company.
“Thanks to modern Pentero technologies, patients with severe pathologies now have even higher chances for a long-awaited recovery. The main microscope advantage is the integration of intraoperative modules allowing for visual analysis of vascular blood flow changes”, shared the staff from GBUZ MO MONIKI named after M.F. Vladimirskiy.
When using a modern neurosurgical operative microscope, a physician can see a non-distorted image of the surgical field without visual tension, which is especially important for long surgeries.
The integrated high-definition full-cycle video documentation system provides the ability to record the operation on video. The information can also be transferred to the Flash or HDD drives if necessary. At the same time, the system allows recording the surgeon’s voice comments in parallel.
